Rick Kloos / Electrician / Owner
Rick Kloos is an electrical contractor who was raised in Clear Lake, South Dakota. He grew up with a strong work ethic on his family farm. He is meticulous with any project he works on and always enjoys a challenge! He started his electrical career at Mitchell tech and graduated in 2005. After school he worked for a small electrical company in Spearfish, SD for 2 years and worked in all the surrounding small towns in western South Dakota and Wyoming. In 2007 he moved back to be with his wife and has been working in NE, South Dakota for the last 16 years. Seven years ago, he put all of his passion into building Kloos Electric and has enjoyed every moment of it! He has three boys that keep him busy with hockey, hunting, fishing, camping, and all things outdoors!
Carter Mehling / Journeyman
Carter Mehling grew up in Wessington South Dakota on his family’s farm. Carter attended school at Mitchell Tech for his associates degree in electrical. He is a great asset to our team due to his hard work, knowledge of the industry, and attention to detail. Carter enjoys hunting, fishing, and the company of his nieces and nephews. He possesses strong family values and always looks forward to spending time with them.
